Payment options

Possible payment methods are:

According to the “Law on Registration of Cash Payments“, Article 2, which reads (translated from Macedonian): Taxpayers who carry out turnover of goods and turnover of services for which payment is not made through banking channels (hereinafter referred to as: cash payments), are obliged to introduce and use an approved fiscal system of equipment for registering cash payments and to issue an invoice for the turnover, i.e. the service (hereinafter referred to as: fiscal invoice).

Online payment is not a cash payment and is made through banking channels.

Delivery method

The website offers a door-to-door delivery service. The address to which the products are delivered is the one specified when purchasing online.

Upon receiving the product, the recipient is obliged to check the product for possible damage during transport and to check for any missing parts (if the product is composed of multiple parts). If a shortage is found, the recipient is obliged to immediately report the shortage.

Before the product is delivered, the buyer will be contacted by phone by the delivery person about the time and day of delivery.

The delivery of products is made throughout the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Delivery of products outside the territory of the Republic of Macedonia is not made.

The delivery time in Skopje is 24 – 48 hours from the moment of placing the order. If the order is placed on a weekend, the delivery time starts counting from Monday.

In other cities in Macedonia, the delivery time is 24 – 72 hours from the moment of placing the order.

If the order is placed after 5 pm, the delivery period begins on the next business day.

Non-business days are not included in the delivery period.

Refund Policy

Any product (except for exceptions specified by Law) can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase if it has not been used, for personal reasons of the consumer (the color, appearance, number, size, etc. do not suit him) by presenting a fiscal receipt or receipt (which states the company name, the name of the product, the date of the order, the price of the product and this must be confirmed by a stamp and signature of an authorized person), and the complete packaging (packaging) in which the product was purchased. When returning the product, the consumer can choose whether to replace the product with another or to have his money refunded.

The deadline for refunds and replacement of the product is 15 calendar days (except for exceptions specified by Law). If 15 calendar days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be entitled to a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the product is vacuum-sealed, the vacuum seal must not be damaged.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Products such as hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our fault.

• Any product that has had its vacuum plastic wrap damaged or removed.
