RUTX09 е дизајниран како главен/резервен извор на интернет кој нуди мобилна брзина до 300 Mbps, каде што е неопходна стабилна врска и висок проток на податоци.
Има голем капацитет за обработка на сопствени апликации на системот RutOS базиран на OpenWrt.
Достапни се многу безбедносни карактеристики, како Firewall, VPN, IPsec, SNMP, филтрирање содржина за максимална безбедност.
Овој производ е компатибилен со системот за далечинско управување на Teltonika за практично следење, одржување и собирање податоци.
